Questions sellers ask
Do I need a GCash merchant account or a payment gateway?
No. Customers pay to the GCash number, QR code or bank account you already use. ZPoP shows them how, collects the receipt and helps you check it. The money goes straight to you; we never touch it.
Does ZPoP confirm the payment for me?
No, and that's on purpose: a screenshot can be edited. ZPoP shows you the receipt, the amount and the reference number next to what was due. You confirm it in your GCash or bank app, then tap Payment is correct.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere you sell: Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, Viber, SMS, Carousell, or your own website. Send a payment link for each order, or put your store link in your bio.
What about cash on delivery?
Customers can choose Cash on delivery on the payment link. You'll see it in your list, and tap Cash received when the courier remits.
I sell on Shopify or Wix. Is there a version for that?
Yes. ZPoP for Shopify puts receipts right on the Shopify order (shop.zpop.app), and ZPoP for Wix does the same for Wix stores (wix.zpop.app).
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
